ZAPA Realty derives its name from my consulting company, Zoning And Planning Associates where I also offer consulting services in land use planning and entitlement processes such as zoning, subdivision, site planning, variance and the like. Although most of my work is in the Denver Metro Area, I work the front range from Longmont to Castle Rock, and Evergreen to Bennett, representing buyers and sellers of single family and multifamily residential homes, condos,  land/lots, and investment and commercial property.
